Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Celeritous-Technical-Services LPD-2001-4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cerprobe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Century product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cerprobe such as the 402MLLCB1amp2LCB126893LSA1RO1amp2SJ1amp2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMU manufactured by Cem and we are pleased to be able to service most Cem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK1052 by Manufacturer Century as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Challenger Brand CKT3400T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cfs46811-00 such as CFS4681100 equipment made by Cfs46811-00 have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available AC203755 made by Chessell as well as the popular 315091464 original spares produced by Cerberus-Pyotronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N200T233U by Farnell and CFS4681100 spares by Cfs46811-00 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LX15OF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Christensen.
